About

The ground, named

Direct work. Written terms. Compact machines. No mythology.

Kept commercial campus lawn

Grounds is the first line under grounds.services. The name is the work: the land around the building, kept so the property can do its job.

We are a B2B company in Fayetteville and Cumberland County, North Carolina, with a public door. Subscription contracts are the default. Projects — grading, ponds, installs — when the calendar allows.

Other trades will live on their own hosts in time (lawn.grounds.services, and the rest). This site is the grounds company.

1

Write us

Tell us the property, the work, and whether you need a recurring contract or a project.

2

Walk the ground

We look at the site. Occupied campuses and tenant-occupied rentals are normal.

3

Contract

Cuts per month, extras, and term are written. No published menu of prices — the property sets the work.

4

Keep the schedule

Crew and compact equipment show up as agreed. Change orders go through the same desk.

Questions

Asked before the contract

Do you publish prices?
No. Cuts per month, extras, and term are written in the contract after we see the property. Email the desk for an estimate.
Do you take residential work?
Yes, when the calendar allows. We are built for property managers, landlords, and campuses. One-offs in shoulder season are welcome — ask.
What equipment do you bring?
Compact machines: mini skid steer, mini excavator, commercial mowers, and a hand crew. Occupied sites are the point.
Where do you work?
Fayetteville and Cumberland County, North Carolina. Surrounding counties by arrangement.

Whatever the ground needs, ask.

Email the team. We will tell you if the work fits the season and the book of properties we already keep.
